Kobiton: Designing for Results

The Challenge

Kobiton is a mobile device testing platform that enables developers and QA teams to test mobile apps on real devices, both on-premise and in the cloud. Their marketing team needed to improve digital campaign performance while maintaining brand consistency. The goal was to create high-performing assets, from LinkedIn ads and landing pages to sales collaterals and ebooks, that would drive more leads and conversions.

Collaborating and Planning

Working closely with Kobiton’s marketing team, I developed assets aligned with their business goals and audience needs. The design approach combined high-contrast CTAs to grab attention, people imagery to guide focus, and custom illustrations to clarify complex ideas. More than just visuals, this was a strategic blend of creativity, data, and testing aimed at improving performance at every touchpoint.

A/B Testing and CRO

To optimize results, I tested design variants, experimenting with CTA colors, background styles, and imagery, and implemented the most effective elements in future campaigns. I also ran quarterly CRO audits, reviewing heatmaps, session recordings, and traffic data to identify friction points. These insights led to actionable improvements that enhanced usability and boosted conversions across landing pages and website sections.

Results & Conclusion

This performance-driven approach delivered measurable improvements. Kobiton saw increased conversion rates, greater engagement, and more qualified leads. The project showed that effective performance design is rooted not just in aesthetic choices, but in user behavior, strategic iteration, and data-backed decisions.
