About the project

Crafting the internal communication program for Danone Mexico associates at the main factory in Irapuato, I designed a vibrant visual identity displayed through digital signage, reaching over 2500 employees. Collaborating with creatives and HR, the content aimed to be colorful, fun, and useful, enhancing associates’ daily experiences. From program icons to animated assets, I developed a lively, geometric visual identity aligned with Danone’s brand and HR strategy. The initiative transformed the workplace atmosphere, illustrating the profound impact design can have on people’s lives. Overcoming challenges, I ensured consistency across designs and maintained a professional aesthetic.
